Sean Luke is a lifelong artist, born and based in New York. They've worked across a wide range of mediums, including drawing, painting, screen printing, photography, animation, digital art (stills, GIFs, Flash, video), 8mm film, analog video, and sculpture. In recent years, they’ve focused primarily on creating animated GIFs. Sean’s creative influences are equally eclectic, drawing from esoteric countercultures, mainstream pop culture, and the textures of everyday life. Early exposure to computers in the ’80s and the internet in the ’90s also shaped how they approach and think about their work.
